Residential Real Estate SalesFebruary Market OverviewShreveport/Bossier, LA – (Caddo, Bossier, Desoto Parishes only) February Summary:  Sales were down.  Average price was up.  Inventory rose slightly.   Sales:  February sales slowed a bit after coming out of the gates strong in January.  Home sales in February were down - 4% year over year with 300 homes sold versus 313 last year.   This was also below the trailing 5 year average for February of 314.  H... read more

The only thing hotter than Louisiana college football is the real estate market!

About the only thing I can think of that’s hotter than Louisiana college football is the real estate market. Let’s start with football! First Tech demolished Miami in the Independence Bowl and then our boys in Baton Rouge got it done in the national championship. Hopefully all of us are still basking in the glow of those wins!
