CBG's Listings That Are Walking Distance To Highland Jazz & Blues Festival!
Posted: September 14, 2018 by Jessica Wimberly

Highland Jazz & Blues Festival is one
of our favorite festivals in town.

This year marks it's 15th year and they have an
awesome line-up for the SBC! There are two stages
with 10 different music acts playing! They have over
60 art and food vendors so there is a little
bit of something for everyone!

This is family friendly and it is FREE! Yay!
This year they will have a play area just for
the pups in your family and our agent,
Shawn Farguson is sponsoring it
so make sure to say hello to him!

All you need is a blanket or a couple of chairs and
you are set for one awesome day in the Columbia Park!

As for parking, iShuttle will be providing free shuttle
services to the community and will pick you
up at Mall St. Vincent. Otherwise, you may be walking
for days if you don't get there early
enough to park along the streets.

While both of those are great, it sure would be
nice if you lived in walking distance of the festival!
Are we right?! And not only would you be able to
walk there, you could even throw a little pre-game
with your family and friends at your house!

Lucky for you, we've put together a list of our homes
for sale that are all walkable to Highland Jazz & Blues Fest!
They range from historial mansions to investment properties!
We've got something for everyone!
