Coldwell Banker Gosslee is pleased to include Donnette Koertge in their outstanding team of REALTORS®.
“I am not a one-and-done Realtor®,” says Donnette. “I won’t just help you invest in a house. I’ll help you invest in your family and your future because you’re the most important part of this transaction. I work to build life-long relationships with my clients so it’s important that we establish mutual trust and clear communication. With my considerable experience in military moves, we can be efficient with little waste of time and effort, and I know how to stage your property to its best advantage and get you the most profitable outcome.”
Donnette is the proud mom of three: Riley, residing in Bossier City; Trevor, attending Louisiana Tech; and Lauren, a junior at Airline High School and very active in soccer. Born and raised in California, Donnette became a military spouse and has called Northwest Louisiana home for eight years. She owned and ran the successful Cotton Candy Quilts, a fabric and quilt shop in Bossier City, for several years before moving into real estate. Donnette is active in the Airline High School Booster Club and enjoys quilting, crafting, exercise, spending time with her kids and in her backyard with her chickens.
You may contact Donnette at her Bossier office (318-747-5411), on her cell (318-780-8969), or email her at Donnette.Koertge@ColdwellBanker.com.
