Jarvia Belton joined the prestigious team of REALTORS® at Coldwell Banker Gosslee.
“I am good at focusing on the goal to get a clear vision of what my clients want and how to get it,” said Jarvia. “I care about them and their well-being, and they appreciate that I don’t over-simplify things. I strive to always be prepared, stay organized and rely on my ability to persuade, while keeping an eye out for the best value and making the process as stress free as possible.”
Jarvia earned a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Wiley College and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. Following her position as Instructor of Psychology with Wiley College, she became a regional supervisor for a property management company, then turned her talents to serving the community as a mental health professional before bringing her skills and experience to the real estate industry.
Jarvia continues to support her community by serving as a Child Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), a National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) volunteer, a member of the Junior League, a former United Way Advisory council member and a Leadership Shreveport graduate. She is also a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, having served as a prior chairperson for their Debutante Cotillion. She enjoys sharing time with family, friends, and her pets Espresso and Baccy.
