Welcome to my website and so glad you have chosen me to be your Realtor of choice. I was born and raised in Blanchard Louisiana and a graduate of Northwood High School . I currently live in Bossier City with my husband Ronnie Stevens of 27 years and we have 3 children, Brittney, Brent and Noah. I have been in Real Estate for 15 years and I received my Broker license in Jan. 2015. I love being a Realtor and the feeling it gives me to help others. I love to travel too new places and I love to go to the beach.

Let me preface this review by saying we absolutely did not want to hire an agent, simply bc we have sold on our own before and wanted to save the money. Plus we haven't had great experiences with agents in the past. However, this time, we were moving out of state and I was really tired and just did not want to deal with the whole process of for sale by owner. I had always seen Rebecca's sign in the Blanchard area but chose to call an agent that I thought was super well known and could sell our house really fast. Well, that agent recommended Rebecca bc she knew the market really well. That was a knew concept for me, hiring someone who knew what our house would sell for even if the market didn't reflect it. We reluctantly called Rebecca and she not only answered her phone right away, she came out the very next day, interviewed flawlessly, knew her stuff and recommended we list for $15k more than an appraisal we had recently received from a friend (again, someone who did not know the market in our specific area). We decided to go with $10k more just to be aggressive in our pricing, against Rebecca's recommendations. Rebecca barely even finished hammering that sign in the ground and we had a full price offer from a solid buyer. The house hadn't even hit the market yet and it was sold. We also had five other people who wanted to see it, but Rebecca strongly encouraged us to go with the solid buyer and not let it sit for others to see since we didn't know if they were solid or not. She was right. The entire process was completely flawless. Rebecca handled everything and updated me every step of the way. I didn't have to lift a pinky. My only thought, and this is purely just me, is when we were initially negotiating closing costs and the buyer wanted some of my appliances, that I wish I hadn't given my washer and dryer up. But Rebecca felt like we should pretty much give the buyer what they wanted since they were solid and offering full price. Plus I was concerned I might need a stackable in our new place anyway and a new washer and dryer is a small price to pay for such a smooth transaction. But I do feel like I could have said I wanted to keep them since our price was aggressive in the first place. I guess I would have liked for her to negotiate more for me, (hence the four stars -- which is probably not a fair rating, 4.5 maybe?) but I also understand we hired her to sell our house and she did just that. And ultimately it was my decision to give them up. Negotiations are always tricky like that. But I also should add that she kept us from making further nonessential repairs on the house to wait and see what feedback we got. So she saved us money, too. So, over all, we were very reluctant to hire help in the first place, we aren't huge fans of having an agent in our transactions, we were expecting something to go horribly wrong at some point, and never, not once, did Rebecca ever let us down. She treated us like we were the only people in the world. She listened to us, respected us as the home owner, and yielded to our thoughts on pricing even though we were wrong (she suggested we list for more). She is professional, has a happy demeanor, she cares about her people, she knows her stuff, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, anytime. She was refreshing to deal with in a world that's forgotten what customer service means. Also, her marketing was excellent. If you need your place sold fast by someone who knows what they are doing and is good at keeping the stress off of you, I would definitely recommend Rebecca Stevens!
